Remnants Of The Harvest #2

This image was captured in one of my favorite locales, which continues to serve as ongoing inspiration. I think all people (regardless if they have a camera in hand) have attachments to locations and places that serve as sources of inspiration and find it necessary to revisit them...

New Jersey Old Town #7

This image was captured one morning, while visiting the "New Jersey Old Town". This small historic site is located in Piscataway, NJ and consists of vintage buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries. It’s truly fascinating, walking around the grounds in the early mornings. Since there’s usually no one else around at that hour, the peace and quiet can nearly transport you back to an earlier time...

Carnegie Lake On A Fall Morning

This image was captured on my way to work one morning. It was a cool and a bit crisp and possibly the most Autumnal day so far this year. I really haven't had much time for shooting in the past few weeks, so it was very refreshing to just get out there and shoot...

As Our Petals Touch (Outtake)

Until this year, many of my summer evenings were spent with the kids at the quad two swimming pool. While they swam, I either listened to my Ipod or took pictures of them. One evening, I became particularly aware of the different flowers adorning the patio area and turned my camera's attention towards them...

Broken Fence In Late Spring

This image was captured while I was on a lunch break, a few days ago. It was warm and humid, very much like a summer's day. It had rained shortly before I had arrived at the location, but the clearing sky had a unique beauty, all its own.

My wife and I went into the city for her birthday. We spent some time walking around Central Park, just taking pictures. We had an early dinner and then caught a ball game. What an enjoyable day!

Cranbury Station (Winter)

I certainly like to revisit places. Especially those that I have connected with in some way. The Cranbury Station is one of those places. It was a stop along the Camden-Amboy rail road, which went out of service sometime in the early 1980's. Before that time however, portions of the track were about a mile or so from my childhood home. This was close enough to hear the steam whistle of the passing trains, which I can still hear in my mind, as if it were yesterday.

Old Milltown 1932

Here's a tidbit from the somewhat fascinating history of this small town... Due to the depression, Michelin (which had employed over 2000 individuals), ceases operations in Milltown and moves back to France. After Michelin's departure, several firms have resided in the factory. Over time however, it has become abandoned.

Lake Just After Sunrise Fall

It has been a while since I've produced an image. I've been so busy riding and upgrading my mountain bikes, I almost forgot that I owned a camera. I really got to get out and shoot more... As stated prior, this location is one of my favorites. The image was captured on a mild morning, as the sun was getting just high enough to bathe the lake in warm light.
